Keesh Pankey is the President and Chief Executive Officer for roial. Keesh’s experience in real estate investment stems from his deep foundation in architecture, design, and construction. By leveraging strong relationships with leading construction firms and a network of trusted experts, Keesh excels at thoroughly evaluating proposed development opportunities for feasibility, risk, and long-term value.

Keesh is known for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to bring complex projects to life. His focus on clear communication, meticulous planning, and strong partnerships ensures that every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Similarly, Keesh’s background in architectural design + build provides his teams with unique design sensibilities to create functional spaces that are equally as aesthetically compelling.

Over his 15-year career, Keesh has honed expertise in land entitlement, and assisted in community planning as a passionate advocate for affordable housing. Keesh has led initiatives to develop sustainable, cost-effective housing solutions that prioritize community needs without sacrificing design quality. His leadership and strategic approach to land use and project execution consistently deliver exceptional results for investors and stakeholders alike.

Benjamin Dinkins

Chief Investment Officer

Benjamin Dinkins is the Chief Investment Officer for roial. Benjamin’s portfolio includes impressive experience from a diverse range of vertical markets internationally, including oil & gas, real estate, technology, healthcare, medical, and agriculture.

Benjamin brings entrepreneurial spirit and successes from more than a decades-long career consulting investors, fund managers, and ultra-high net worth individuals. Benjamin specializes in establishing and scaling funds and companies in both the public and private sector. He is a globally recognized leader who has assisted an impressive list of companies to exceed investment goals and to operate more efficiently while raising profitability, including, John Deere, Syngenta, Corteva, Fathead, Damon Motors, and Kodion Consulting, among others. Benjamin will lead acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives with a critical, measured approach to entering new and emerging markets.

Chuck Bryant, Jr.

Chief Operating Officer

Chuck Bryant serves as Chief Operating Officer for roial. Chuck leverages extensive experience in corporate technologies and business development from more than a decade in leadership roles at Telit Cinterion, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon Wireless. Chuck specializes in creating systems and implementing processes that enable teams to manage multiple priorities while driving towards critical deadlines.

Chuck is a fierce employee advocate and excels at building teams that scale, and at establishing and maintaining key business relationships. Using his deep expertise in solutions design and client services, Chuck leads operations with a strategic focus on optimizing processes and driving growth. Chuck is passionate about solving business challenges and brings a results-driven approach to the fund's operations and long-term success.

By leveraging his extensive network of high-net-worth individuals, with which he has fostered longstanding, mutually-respectful and beneficial relationships, he plays a pivotal role in attracting and securing top-tier investors. Darius’s firsthand experience as a professional athlete gives him unique insights into the needs and expectations of high-profile clients, allowing him to bridge the gap between investors and the fund.
